Use of the Service

Stacked is a platform that allows hospitality workers to create profiles and

employers to browse and connect with workers. You agree to provide accurate

information and to use the platform respectfully and lawfully.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account

credentials and for all activity under your account.

Payments

Employers may purchase credit packs to unlock worker profile contact information.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Credits do not expire and are

non-refundable except where required by law.

Reviews and Content

Users are responsible for the accuracy of the information and reviews they post.

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

Disclaimer

Stacked is a platform for connecting workers and employers. We do not guarantee

employment outcomes, the accuracy of user-submitted reviews, or the qualifications

of any user.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app means you

accept the updated terms.
